If a delivery date is not specified, the product will be delivered by Kuroneko Yamato courier service usually within 7 days of the order completion.
Please note that delivery may be delayed if there is a large number of orders, or during busy periods at the delivery company, during the New Year holidays, and inclement weather.
Pre-ordered and pre-sold items will take some time for delivery. Once the product arrives, we will deliver it in the order of your order.

We will not accept any cancellations, returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.

If the product is defective, dirt damage during shipping, or incorrect delivery, we will replace it. We will cover the shipping costs.
