About orders

Order flow

On the details page of the desired product, select the desired color, etc., and click "Add to Cart" to stock the product in your cart. You can also change the number of items purchased on the cart screen. When you have finished selecting your products, click "Proceed to checkout" on the cart screen to enter the purchase flow.

Once you have entered the necessary information and the "Order Confirmation" screen is displayed, your order is complete.
A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, your order may not have been successfully submitted.
If you have any questions, please contact us by filling out the specified information in the inquiry form.

*If you have specified domain reception or reception refusal settings, please set reception permission for the @vidaplus.jp domain. If you specify an email address, please enable reception for shop@vidaplus.jp and order@vidaplus.jp.

About ordering reserved items

Due to production circumstances, pre-order items may be subject to changes in delivery date or specifications such as design and materials. Please be aware in advance that orders cannot be canceled for the reasons listed above. Additionally, due to production cuts or discontinuation, we may be forced to cancel your order.

*If you purchase a pre-order item and a regular stock item at the same time, they will be shipped together when all items are available. If you would like early delivery of regular stock items, please order pre-order items and in-stock items separately.
*It is not possible to specify the delivery date and time for orders of reserved items.
*We cannot accept cancellations after the order has been confirmed, regardless of whether it is before or after the product is shipped.

Regarding bundling with another order after order confirmation

Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to combine it with another order.

About changing order details

Once an order has been confirmed, we cannot accept changes to the order details (changes in payment method, size, color, etc.), additional orders, or cancellations.

Payment methods are as follows.

1. Credit card

Acceptable credit cards are VISA, MASTER, JCB, and AMEX.
The payment options available are one-time payment, installment payment, and revolving payment. However, depending on your credit card company, you may only be able to make a one-time payment.
Please use a credit card in your own name.

*We use the payment processing service of Shopify Payments.
*For safety reasons, our store does not store or view detailed information such as card numbers.
*Due to the credit card payment system, we do not issue credit card receipts. Please check the usage statement sent by your credit card company.
*Depending on your usage status, you may be asked to change to another payment method.
*The payment date is the date of ordering the product. We will bill your credit card company at the time of your order.
*If there is a problem with your credit card, we will not be able to accept your order.
*Credit cards issued overseas cannot be used.
*For credit card payments, we use encryption technology (SSL) to provide a more secure environment as a service. However, please note that we do not guarantee its safety and cannot be held responsible for any accidents such as data leaks.

2. Apple Pay

By setting your card information on your iPhone in advance, this payment method allows you to make a one-touch payment without sharing your card number with the site.
You can use Apple Pay to pay on the web in Safari on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Please select Apple Pay from Express Checkout on the payment screen.

*When ordering with Apple Pay from a product page, you will only be purchasing the products listed on that product page. For products with registered variations such as color and size, multiple variations cannot be purchased at the same time. In that case, please order from the shopping cart.
*When ordering with Apple Pay from the product page, items in the shopping cart cannot be ordered together and will remain in the cart. If you would like to order multiple items at the same time, please order from the shopping cart.
*When ordering with Apple Pay from the product page, you cannot specify the desired delivery time. If you wish, please place your order from the shopping cart.

3. Google Pay

You can purchase using your Google account and credit card registered in the Google Pay app. If you use Google Chrome, you can pay with your Google Pay account. Please select Google Pay from Express Checkout on the payment screen.

4. Pay later

This is a service that allows you to easily shop with just your email address and mobile phone number, without the hassle of pre-registration.
You can pay from the next month onwards at a convenience store or bank.
The amount charged will be determined at the end of the month in which your order is placed, and an invoice will be issued on the 1st of the following month. Please pay by the 10th of the month of issue.
Information on the billing amount and payment method will be sent via email and SNS by the 3rd of the month following the month of order.

*To use this service, you will need a mobile phone that can receive SMS.
*You may not be able to use this service depending on the results of credit screening by Payday.
*Please note that if you go back to the browser or move to another page during payment, the payment will not be completed and your order will not be finalized.
*This service cannot be used if the orderer's registered address and delivery address are different.
*Depending on the payment method, a fee will be charged for each monthly payment (billing). If paying at a convenience store, you will be responsible for 356 yen (tax included); if paying by bank transfer, you will be responsible for the transfer fee. In case of bank transfer, no payment fee will be charged.

Delivery

Unless a delivery date is specified, the product will normally be delivered within 7 days from the date of order completion. Please note that delivery may be delayed if there is a high volume of orders, delivery companies are busy, the year-end and New Year holidays, or bad weather.
Pre-ordered and pre-sold items take time to ship. As soon as the products arrive, they will be delivered in the order of your order. Please check the estimated delivery date on the product details page before placing your order.

*Please note that product arrival and shipping dates may change due to production reasons.
*Please note that even after your order has been completed, we may be unable to prepare the ordered product due to product defects or other reasons and may have to cancel your order.
*If your order includes reserved items, it will be shipped as soon as all items are available. Thank you for your understanding.

About checking delivery status

After the product is shipped, we will inform you of Kuroneko Yamato's package number via email. Please check the delivery status through the Kuroneko Yamato Baggage Inquiry System.

Specify delivery date and time

You can specify the delivery date and time from the order screen.
If you would like the shortest delivery date, please select "No designation" when placing your order.

*Delivery dates cannot be specified in some areas such as Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands.
*For reserved items, we may not be able to meet your desired delivery date.
*We may not be able to accommodate your request due to bad weather or traffic conditions.
*Delivery will be made within your desired time slot.
*If there are a large number of orders, the delivery date and time designation function may be suspended.

Long-term absence/rejection of receipt

It is the customer's responsibility to receive the sent product. If the customer is absent, an absentee note will be included, so please adjust your desired delivery date and time to receive the item within the pick-up period.

The product will be automatically returned to us in the following cases:
・If you are unable to contact the contact information listed in the absence notice
・If the customer's address is unknown
・If the item cannot be received within the storage period specified by Kuroneko Yamato

Items that are returned will be canceled and treated as a refusal to receive the item. In addition, we cannot accept reshipping of the product.
In the unlikely event that the item is not received within the storage period and is returned, we will charge you for the necessary expenses such as round trip shipping and packaging materials fees. Please note that any transfer fees associated with payment will be borne by the customer.

If we cannot confirm that the payment has been made to the designated account within the deadline, we will judge the case to be malicious and take legal proceedings. If you are unable to receive your ordered product due to customer refusal or long-term absence, we will have no choice but to restrict your use of this site.

We accept overseas shipping through WorldShoping's purchasing agency.

About returns and exchanges

Returns/exchanges due to customer convenience

We cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer circumstances, such as if you made a mistake in your order or if you do not like the delivered product.

Returns and exchanges due to defective products, etc.

We take every possible measure to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that the product is defective, damaged or soiled during delivery, or if the product was delivered incorrectly, we will replace the product. We will cover the shipping costs.
If you would like to exchange the item, please contact us using the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the item. We cannot accept exchanges after 7 days from the date of delivery, so please check the product immediately after receiving it.

*Please note that if we do not have stock that can be exchanged, we will issue a refund.
*Returns without notification will take time to process, so please contact us in advance using the inquiry form.

About repairs

We do not accept repairs for scratches, dirt, damage, etc. caused by the customer. We will repair any initial defects free of charge.
In the unlikely event that the product is defective and you wish to have it repaired, we will accept the repair. The repair period will take approximately 3 weeks from the time we receive the product. Please note that we may not be able to repair the product after checking the product. Depending on the condition of the item in your possession, it may take more than a month for repair.

About membership registration

In order to enjoy shopping at our store, we recommend that you register as a user (you can shop without registering as a member).
Once you register, you can check your purchase history, delivery status, etc. from My Account.
*Membership registration does not require any fees such as admission fees or annual membership fees.

How to register

Please enter the required items on the member registration screen, agree to the terms of use, and complete your member registration.
