■Herringbone mesh belt
Stainless steel is processed into thin wires and transformed into several spirals. A belt that is finished by creating original plates that are combined with each other and then woven into a herringbone pattern using a mandrel.
This manufacturing method was mainly used in the 1980s, but due to a shortage of engineers and fewer machines, only a few factories in Japan can currently produce it. For VIDA+, it is custom-made in the shape of a round instep and is elegantly executed. This is exactly what JAPAN MADE can accomplish.
