Article 7 ID and password management

Article 11 Copyright

Chapter 4 Purchasing products

Article 12 Purchase of products

If a member wishes to purchase a product, he/she shall apply to purchase the product or use the service in accordance with the method specified by the Company. When we send an e-mail to the member stating that we have accepted the application in the preceding paragraph, a sales contract regarding the product will be established between the member and our company. Delivery of products using this service is limited to within Japan.

Article 13 Cancellation of contract

If the following items apply, our company may cancel the contract.

  2. When a member's designated credit card company contacts the member to the effect that the member's designated credit card cannot be used.

Article 14 Payment method

The payment amount for the product is the total of the product purchase price including consumption tax, shipping fee, and handling fee (in the case of payment that requires handling fee). In the case of payment by credit card, the member shall comply with the terms and conditions of a separate agreement with the credit card company. Article 15 Return of products, etc.

Products cannot be returned or exchanged except in cases of damage during shipping, product defects, or incorrect delivery. In the event of damage during shipping, product defects, or incorrect delivery, returns or exchanges may only be made if the member contacts us within the period specified by our company (within 7 days) after receiving the product. Article 18 Disclaimer

If our company has a duty to notify a member, we will fulfill that duty by sending a notice to the member's pre-registered e-mail address, and by delivering the product to the address specified by the member at the time of purchase. Our company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, disadvantages, etc. related to the use of this service or products sold through this service in any way other than those stipulated in the preceding paragraph, regardless of the legal cause of claim. The Company shall not be held responsible for any damage caused by the member's inability to use the Service. Our company shall be exempted from liability by processing affairs in accordance with the member's registered information. If a member causes damage to another member or a third party by using this service, the member shall resolve the matter at his or her own responsibility and expense and shall not cause any inconvenience to the Company. When changing a member's password, the Company shall be exempted from liability by verifying the identity using a method specified by the Company. Members are responsible for the costs associated with installing computer equipment and communication equipment necessary for members to use this service, telephone charges, LAN usage fees, application fees, etc. required to use this service. Members shall use the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, and Google Chrome as the browsers used to use this Service. If you use a browser other than those specified by our company, and problems such as screens not displaying correctly occur, our company will not be held responsible and will not accept any questions.
