Notice of temporary shipment and repair reception halt due to system maintenance and in-house training

We apologize for the inconvenience, but for the purposes of inventorying products and in-house operations, we will be introducing products for the following period.We would like to inform you that we will temporarily suspend shipping and acceptance of repairs.

Shipping suspension date: Saturday, January 18th, 2025 - Monday, January 27th, 2025

All orders placed during the above period and on Friday, January 17th will begin shipping after Tuesday, January 28th.

If you would like the product to arrive during the applicable period, please complete your order by Thursday, January 16th.

In addition, acceptance and return of repaired items will begin on or after Tuesday, January 28th.
